Cardholder Terms & Conditions:
The following definitions apply to these Terms & Conditions:
Company means Global i-care (Thailand) Co. Ltd. and its permitted assigns.
Cardholder refers to the person who holds a card for use in the Global i-care™ program
Gics are the savings that a Cardholder is given when shopping at a participating Merchant. One Gic equals one Baht
Program means the process by which a Cardholder receives Gics from a Merchant and is also entered into the monthly prize draw.
Partner refers to a Business or Merchant that enters into an agreement with Global i-care™ to provide savings for our Cardholders
These terms and conditions may be changed, amended or varied at any time by the Company in its absolute discretion. The Company will notify the Cardholders of any change, amendment or variation by updating these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions may be changed, amended or varied at any time by the Company in its absolute discretion. The Company will notify the Cardholders of any change, amendment or variation by updating these Terms and Conditions.
- 1. By use of the Global i-care™ card the Cardholder accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
- 2. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions or any misrepresentation of information provided to the Company may result in the termination of membership in the Program and the cancellation of the Cardholder's entitlements.
- 3. Program membership is offered at the discretion of the Company and the Company has the right to accept or reject any application for membership.
- 4. Membership in the Program is not transferable and cannot be assigned.
- 5. The company will use its best endeavors to advise Cardholders of any changes to the Program but the Company will not be liable for failure to do so. Such advice will be deemed to have been given by the Company if provided online in these Terms and Conditions.
- 6. Each Cardholder will only be entitled to receive savings on a transaction by presenting their Global i-care™ Card at the time of purchase.
- 7. The amount of savings offered by the Merchant is agreed between the Merchant and the Company and is offered to the Cardholder at the Merchant's discretion.
- 8. The Company does not accept any liability whatsoever for a Merchant's refusal to record a transaction in accordance with the Company's requirements or any other failure of the Merchant to comply with the Merchant's obligations under their terms and conditions.
- 9. The Cardholder authorizes the Company to use the information contained in their application for marketing and promotional purposes only. No information will be disclosed to any third parties [other than authorized Partners, Merchants and their agents and contractors] who are bound to hold such information in strict confidence.
